Privacy Policy
- No details about you or your financial details are stored. Once payment has been made via paypal, all financial details will be deleted.
Payment policy
- Payment must be received with a completed application form prior to the event, to ensure a place.
- If an employer is funding your training we require written confirmation from them of their undertaking to pay subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
This confirmation should accompany your application form, with a purchase order or requisition number to be quoted on the invoice, where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing, either by post, or email. Registrants cancelling in writing up to
2 weeks prior to the event will be refunded minus a £15 administration fee, cancellations within 2 weeks of the
event will only be refunded, subject to the administration fee, if their place can still be filled. Confirmation
together with maps will be emailed as acceptance to the event after the necessary documentation has been received and cleared.
Registrations are only finalised when payment has been received.
